Transactional Analysis and Communications
« on: November 01, 2009, 08:50:41 AM »
In this programme behavioural change consultant John Seaman leads a group of headteachers through a workshop in the relationship theory: transactional analysis.

The headteachers are taught how to gain more effective outcomes from meetings by identifying and neutralising the different behaviour patterns people can assume in that environment.

Through reducing emotional pressure, and making meetings more effective, headteachers' workloads can become less stressful and easier to handle.
